It reads the shape of the work, never the work

Keepwell needs to know when a reply went out, not what it said. Every connection is read-only, scoped to your own workspace, and yours to revoke.

What Keepwell reads, and what it never does

Four kinds of record go into a score. None of them is the content of a message, a file or a task.

Hours, by client and by week: The totals your team already logs. No task names, no notes, no screenshots.; Reads
When a message was sent and answered: Timestamps and who replied. Never a subject line, never the text.; Reads
Whether a standing call happened: The event, the company on the other side, and whether it was moved or skipped.; Reads
Invoice dates and days to pay: Amounts are optional, and you can switch them off client by client.; Reads
Contact one of your clients: Keepwell has no way to send anything outside your own workspace.; Never
Write to your tools: Every connection is read-only, and an owner can revoke it in one click.; Never

Six commitments, each one written into the contract you sign.

Hosted in the United States: Two regions, Virginia and Oregon. Your data never leaves the country.
Encrypted both ways: TLS 1.3 on every connection, AES-256 on every disk and every backup.
SOC 2 Type II: Audited each spring by an independent firm. The report is yours under NDA.
Two-step sign-in for everyone: Required on every plan, with SAML single sign-on on the Network plan.
Erased when you leave: Everything is deleted 30 days after you cancel, backups included.
Least access, logged: Engineers reach production through time-limited sessions, and every one is recorded.

Can Keepwell read our emails?

No. It reads when a message was sent and when it was answered, and by whom. Subject lines and message text never leave your inbox provider.

Can an account lead see another lead’s clients?

Only if an owner allows it. By default a lead sees their own clients, and owners see the whole book.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You can export every score and signal as CSV first. Thirty days after cancellation everything is erased, backups included.

Do you sell or share client data?

Never. Scores are computed for your workspace alone, and the figures on this site are aggregates no agency can be picked out of.

How do we report a security concern?

Write to security@keepwell.co. A person replies within one business day, 9 AM to 6 PM ET, and we credit researchers by name.

Try Keepwell on your own book for 14 days. If you stop, the connections are revoked and everything is erased.
